Whatcom County Sheriff's Office D-STAR Repeater 146.700 Mhz input 146.100 Mhz Port "C" - Gateway active Administered by the WCSO Auxiliary Communication Service The WC7SO repeater is owned by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office and is administered by the WCSO ACS. The WCSO ACS is the primary volunteer communications organization that provides incidental and emergency technical and operational communications support to Whatcom County government. The repeater is available for any radio amateur to use, regardless of organizational affiliation. During time of emergency or training operation the repeater may be restricted to WCSO and Blaine ACS and supporting agency use.
